3. Location Data

Location data is essential to the core functionality of NAVIX. Drivers' locations are collected continuously while the app is in use and shared only with authorized fleet managers and dispatchers of the same organization.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only:

  • With your own organization (fleet owner / dispatcher)
  • With service providers (cloud hosting, maps, SMS gateways) under strict confidentiality
  • When required by law or to protect rights, safety and property

5. Data Retention

We retain location and order history for up to 24 months (configurable per customer). Personal account data is kept while the account is active + 12 months after closure (legal obligations may require longer retention).

  • Withdraw consent (where processing is consent-based)
